Hey- I am very interested in some of the Bilt Hamber products, they sound top notch. Since Ken doesn't really carry them anymore I ended up placing an order with them direct. I was very excited until they told me how much shipping would be...109 pounds. :thud: This was for two 5L jugs of auto-foam and surfex HD, along with some other smaller items. Thought perhaps if anyone in Oregon or Washington wanted to place a group order, shipping would be a bit easier to swallow. I could place the order and then meet in the middle with the recipients after it arrives at my place. Anyways, this is just a feeler, feel free to reply or PM me with your thoughts.
now why do you need 10 liters of autofoam? Unfortunately shipping of heavy items from overseas make the whole purchase not worth it...DP Xtreme Formula works just as well, and AG sometimes runs BOGO sale...I'd stick only with necessaties, such as BH auto clay... I hate saying with, but even with all the respect to BH and you, it is just not worth it...Have you looked for alternatives?
5L auto foam and 5L surfex. You are right, 10L of foam would be a bit much. I know there are other options out there but want to find a way to try BH within reason. I would imagine there are others out there in the same boat and while narrowing it to the PacNW will thin things out, I am still going to pursue this option for a bit. If you are on the fence about these products google their website and read up, it will intrigue you
I see. Well, the only thing I've tried from BH is BHAB, and soft clay. You might be able to find someone. Good luck!:thumb:
I was in the same boat as you many BH items I want to try but shipping is just to high to justify. I have clay, AB and finis wax and like all 3 really wanted the foam, car shampoo and surfex but have used other instead. If you do get some share your review here.
Bump! Doesn't anybody in the PacNW want to try out Bilt-Hamber? Splitting shipping is the only way to go...
