i was just wondering what everyone's favorite clay was. Ive only used claymagic and sonus so far and like them both.

Im hoping to add to my collection of clay and just wanted to see what everyone likes to use.

same here. i'm not a huge fan of sonus only because it's like taffy and gets stuck all over the case and what not. However sonus is what i have been using lately since:

1: it's hard to find claymagic around here

    2: claymagic is pretty pricey

    How is the Sonus clay?

    soft/mild/sticky

it's good for light to medium stuff but for anything heavier like heavy over spray or a heavily contaminated surface you would need a more aggressive clay then that.

Claymagic is expensive near me, but I do love it.

Bilt Hamber is my favorite, but getting it is problematic. Lately, I typically buy whatever's on sale; clay isn't a product where I've got a favorite that I simply "have to have."

Last bar of clay I bought was at Majestic Solutions. It's a very light blue color, almost teal. The texture of it reminds me a lot of Riccardo yellow. Clay at MS is expensive, but it's a great big large piece of it, so it's a better deal than it first seems. It's unlabeled, so I couldn't tell you what it's equivalent to.

really? claymagic is the cheapest stuff that i can possibly get. I just go into my local autozone and its about $15 for a kit with tax and all

How hard is it to call me up and order some?

Well, problematic is probably the wrong word. I mostly don't want to get suppliers in trouble for selling something to US customers that they're not supposed to sell.

After getting rid of the current clay I have, I think I'm just going to stick to CG, Sonus and Riccardo.

just out of curiosity, has anyone tried out the swissvax clay, or paint rubber? Is it comparable to sonus?

Ricardo Yellow and ClayMagic Blue, never try sonus clay or BH clay, I think Sonus only selling at Autopia right?
