    I detailed my friend's B5 A4 with a bit over 100K on the clock.

The color is Santorin Blue Pearl; if you get it in the light the color really pops (especially when you see the 'after' shots).

I didn't make the paint perfect since I didn't have any compounding supplies; also, not sure how well the PC would have worked for the tough stuff.

But it certainly was an improvement.

    Approximately 6hrs total.

    Product used:
    Chemical Guys Maxi Suds II
    Sonax Full Effect
    Sonus Ultra Fine Clay
    Adam's Swirl and Haze Remover
Chemical Guys Wet Mirror Finish Gloss
    Poorboy's EX Sealant
    Einszett Polish Wax
    Prima Nero
    Einszett Deep Plastic Cleaner
    Prima Wheel Armour

    Tools:
    Porter Cable 7424XP
Lake Country 5.5inch and 6.5inch pads (Yellow, Orange, White)
    MF finishing towels
    GG 4 Finger Wheel Mit
    GG Long Handled Wheel Scrubber

Good effort on that car man, it definitely looks better in the afters. I've got a buddy with practically the exact same car, and I can tell you that it takes some work to get those cars back to 100%. I'm sure your buddy was pleased with the results!
