Got to give credit where credit is do... I purchased the Metro Master Blaster about 3 months ago and somehow the hose came apart / broke at the point where it attaches to the blower.. Called Metro this morning and talked with David Stern (customer service) and within a few second's he told me he was going to send me a new hose. No digging questions , no accusations of misuse.. I highly recommend the product and the customer service amazing not to mention its 100% American Company ! :mounty:
David Stern of MetroVac is a straight forward, great guy !! He has helped me a few times with my 4-year old Metro Vac, and never gives me grief, etc.. I will always be loyal to an American company that is the same to me ! And, their products, really work well, no cheap parts, just good American quality and workmanship. Dan F
