Two amazing cars. Both of these cars are owned by a neighbor two houses down from me, so picking them up wasn't out of the way, even though I wouldn't mind if the CLK was! Up first is the Ford SV3 Lightning. Sweet truck, only an interior clean up. It definitely needed some care, so I made sure the results were what was wanted. To start it out I cleaned out the AC vents and then wiped down the interior with a damp microfiber. After this I gave the carpet and upholstery a good vacuum. Then I started out by cleaning the dash, steering wheel, and glove box with 1Z CP. Then I moved to the door sills and cleaned them again with CP. While cleaning the sills I grabbed CG ONE and a microfiber and cleaned out the door jams. Once cleaned I took on the middle seat storage compartment thingy with 1Z CP. I took out the Bissell and filled it up with CG Lightning Fast and some hot water and put the Anit-Foam in the collection tank to reduce foaming. Carpets cleaned, now the the all weather floor mats. I fired up the pressure washer and rinsed them off, gave them a good srucb, let it dwell for a minute or so, rinsed them off, then dried them with a microfiber. For about five minutes I kinda just stood there and drooled looking at it. The sun was out at this point so I took on the interior at first. I used about the same process as above on the interior, except for washing the mats, and there were no stains to get out of the carpet/upholstery. OH! By the way, look at what happened last week in one of my baseball games.. Sprained left wrist.. the last week in the regular season.
