As I posted here, Chemical Guys threw an awesome giveaway twice this month for their E-Zyme. I was lucky enough to be one of the winners in the second giveaway, and my Natura arrived today. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try it yet, but I can still give some first impressions. Packing, and shipping- For being a "free" item CG's pulled out all the stops to make sure this wax got here safe during it's cross country journey. The box was huge! Natura Packaging- As you all know, Natura comes with two applicators in a cool plastic container. Everything fit snug, and there wasn't much play for the wax to bounce around. The red applicators are super soft, and fit pretty well in the tub. Natura- Firstly, the lid opens and closes pretty well. Opening is a little harder than closing, but I guess thats good as the solvents in the wax can't seep out, and dry up the product. Once opened you are bombarded with this tropical scent that is to die for. It smells like Mango Ice Cream, and I can't stop smelling it. I took one of the applicators and got some product on it to get a sense of how well this stuff will spread, and I can already tell it will be an easy on/off type of ordeal. What I love most about high end waxes is how when you rub something on the top, the bottom layer feels wet, thus making an easier spread. I loved the look my Supernatural gave, but hated the application/removal so hopefully this stuff will give a similar look with an easier use. I'll post up a full review by the end of this week, but I'm pretty confident CG's will impress me even further than they already have.
I LOVE the smell of Ezyme! Though, for the price, I'd expect a better quality jar. Most of the ones I have seen weren't bad, but a few of them lids that were slightly warped (like the lids Pinnacle/Wolfgang used to use).
I have been impressed with my E-zyme, it seems to have better durability than I expected and is dead easy to use. It looks and feels similar to my Zymol Concours which is in no way a bad thing but may be slightly easier to use while spreading. I think you will definately enjoy it!
