Can I leave my polishing pads out in the sun to dry for a few hours after washing them? the sun dries fast but seems kinda harsh..

Should not be a problem, I spin dry mine and then put them in the dryer on low or air dry. Have not had any issues with backing coming off the pads. Dont see how that is any worse than putting them in the sun to dry out.

I'm not saying I know it would happen, but I try not to dry things outside anymore just because what happens if some dust or pollen or anything gets on the pads? I'm not saying it would ruin a job, but I always spin dry them, then let them dry face down on a mf towel. Just my .02.
