My Gf's car has some white paint that has splattered on the front bumper, plastic grille, and hood from the road. I tried M105/Orange Uber pad to no results. I tried paint thinner and it seems to work, but takes a lot of elbow greese and I wanted to come here to make sure thats a good idea?

So.. continue with the paint thinner, or try something else?

Malco has a product that works very well for that. I am sorry that I do not recall the name, but a friend in pa used it on several cars the gov. Sent him and he was very happy. He works for dealer goodies who sells it

    Could it be this product?
    Road Paint and Graffiti Remover

Hmm, think that product would work? This paint has been on the car for ~3 weeks.

Mineral Spirits will work without harming the paint.

What would be the benefits of using that over paint thinner?

Paint thinner can damage your paint

That would be my suggestion as well.

Im guessing soak a MF in the Mineral Spirits, elbow grease the spots, and buff dry followed by a good washing/polishing and sealing?

a semi soaked rag with thinner sitting directly on top of paint ate through the paint within 10-15mins. tested it on a scrap panel at the body shop i work at.
