Disturbing stuff isn't it? Kind of reactivates everyone's Freudian castration anxiety from childhood. So the moral of the story is, if you find yourself in Thailand, don't go looking for some loving. I showed this video to my wife and she said: "but the Thai ladies at our favorite Thai restaurant seem so nice.".
