I have a $50.00 gift card from XMAS and I'm in the market for a DA, I know the PC isn't really a DA. $50 is $50, if I can use it then great! I was thinkg about getting the GRIOTS over the PC but I have this $50.00 card.
I think Lowes used to carry the pc. You can always use that website that trades / sells unwanted gift cards.
Home depot sells dewaltz rotaries i think along with a few others, dont think they sell PC DAs or any DAs for that matter... but PC is a DA lol.
I know there is a brush attachment for the PC, are those velcro attached or treaded? Does anyone know if those same tyoe of brushes will work on the GRIOTS machine?
I haven't seen a threaded brush only the velcro and a hex bit. The velcro fits on the Griot's or PC, or any rotary with the standard velcro backing plate. The hex bit is for a drill.
Totally OT so I apologize. Do you remember that website? I remember seeing a link of it somewhere on this forum but had no luck searching for it.
Home Depot does not, but Lowes does sel the PCXP. I believe I saw it for $119.99, so you save 30 dollars plus shipping.
Correction there are three types, threaded, velcro and hex. The threaded will fit on the Griot's we sell both and the backing plates are interchangable with the Griot's and Porter Cable. Thank you Deep Gloss Auto Salon for the link. We will have to look into these ones now...
Hoho more products! I might actually benefit from one of these scrubs for my darn carpets that I have never ever been able to keep spotless (not that I interior detail a lot either lol)
