I've decided to get rid of most of my Dodo Juice lineup. At first, it was a really hot seller, now I rarely sell a Dodo Juice item besides Supernatural wax.

I'm trying to get rid of the items that don't sell to bring in more products. Next year we are building a new detailing shop and will have a large showroom with a wider variety of detailing products and accessories.

Here is the link to the Dodo Juice Clearance sale. Results for Car Care Products:Dodo Juice

The only Dodo Juice items that I'm going to keep as of right now is the Supernatural 200ml plastic pot and the 250ml Iroku Edition wooden pot.

Justin, how does the Orange Crush compare to the Banana Armour? Does it smell like oranges?

Both waxes look pretty close, the Banana Armour is going to have a little more durability. Yes, the Orange Crush does smelll like oranges.

I have the Red mist Tropical detailer 16oz of it. I love it, i use it to add to the overall performance of an existing layer of wax if i'm short on time, or just the fact that the existing layer is still doing a good job. This is the one Dodo product i strongly recommend, beads well and is very durable, keep in mind it's really a spray sealant. I have too many LSP'S to justify buying anymore wax, so i can't comment on Dodo's waxes.

Funny how the popularity of this line just came and went. But I guess that's often the case with the "latest and greatest" products in the world of detailing...

Yeah, they were huge when I first starting carrying them, now I only sell Supernatural wax pretty much.

    Update:

We are now out of Born to be Mild Shampoo.

Getting very low on Red Mist Protective Detailer. Still have lots of waxes left.

It's amazing to see how much product sales die off after the hype dies down.

Now of course DoDo will just come up with another new product to start the cycle again!

I will tell you what is weird. ALL PRODUCTS have hype when they are new. People want to try something new. We sell products that work well reguardless of hype. Hype does not bring return customers. DODO products actually work well, they are decent products. Decent products usually still sell after the hype is gone, just now as much. However....with DODO, sales dropped stone dead. We are trying to sell them cheaper than what we paid still we have half a pallet left! YIKES!

So what you are saying is the hype died off and now you can't even sell 'em? That's gnarly.

Jack the price up on them (yes, charge more for them :p) and have a "blowout" sale and include a 200gm bar of Riccardo yellow with every $75 in DODO purchase. ;)

I saw one of their ads recently in a UK VW magazine. Absolutely the most terrible ad I've ever seen, looks like it was created in MS Paint or something.

Actually I got DODO after the hype thinking the brand should still sell. Sales have always been bad on DODO for us. :(
