My client just picked up this truck to replace his old one. It's a few years old but only has 30k on it. Not even broken in. Nothing fancy today, just a good once over and some wax to get him through the first part of winter. • All jambs cleaned with AG Powermax2 • Truck was washed recently so no foam today. Just washed with CWG. • Inner fenders and tires cleaned with AG Powermax2 while the wheels got some diluted acid to clean up the barrels. • Although there were some contaminants on the paint, we decided to forgo the clay until spring. LSP was AG Hi Def Wax. I'm really liking this stuff. Apply it and leave it. I left it on for an hour and it buffed of as easy as your fav sealant. • Tires were dressed with Blue Dew Tire Dressing. • All trim including door seals were treated to 303 protectant • Glass was cleaned with AG Fast Glass • Interior was clean so was wiped down with AG Interior Shampoo and vacuumed. Total time - 4 hours Inner fenders were quite dirty as the owner lives in Whistler and makes the two hour drive twice a week. Previous owner kept the interior mint. Had to look for stuff to vacuum up! AG Hi Def Wax looking good! How door jambs should look. Thanks for looking
Actually its a carnauba wax, but what I like about it compared to most carnaubas is that you CAN go around and cover the whole car and leave it, like a sealant. The longer you leave it, the easier it is to get off. Try that with Colii 476 (which I love as well) or most carnaubas for that matter, and see what happens!
Great looking truck, but then again, I'm partial towards Cummins trucks! Looks extremely clean, very nice choice. Just tell him to get rid of the Revtek blocks...
Once again a great detail. I really like your work and that truck too. silver finishes great. Nice doggy...:thumb:
Yeah, I guess its nasty there when the thermometer dips all the way down to 20 celcius, eh? It got below zero here two nights ago.
