I'm checking out the 2 kits offered by DD.
The regular comes with Adams quick detail, then you have the fine that uses the nano glide stuff.
Why the difference in 2 lubricants, and whats the difference in the 2 pads?

I am unsure why Phil chose to bundle them with different lubes, but as far as differences, one is the fine grade (blue) and the other is medium grade (yellow). The fine will take longer to remove stubborn contaminants, and may not get EVERYTHING, but it will not mar your paint as easily...

it is a trade off, for a good condition car that needs minimal clay bar, use a fine grade...for something that will need more work, use the medium grade. Least aggressive means first.

forgot, basically any good clay lube will be suitable for use with the auto-scrub. if you prefer one over the other i am sure phil would swap it for you if you wanted...
