I just finished correcting a 040 black 2001 Mercedes S500 with over 100K miles on it. This is a good customer of ours, but he didn't have it polished for 2 years. I performed a vigorous prep cleaning all the wheels, wells, door jambs, and paint. Once I finally got it into the shop I inspected the paint, used the ultima clay sponge to remove any contaminents, then removed all the tar and grime. I started off with SIP and an orange CCS pad. I usually keep the rpms around 1400-1800, then followed up with a IP wipe down. I then went to the Cyclo with green polishing pads and Nanopolish. Rewiped with IP, and inspected for swirls, none could be found. I then HD Cleansed the paint, and topped off with a coat of V*****e. Here are a few before pictures.

Excellent job. I have a tip for the interior of these cars, the navigation screen moves up and down in its frame to reveal the CD and tape players (really cool actually), so it's an easy spot to miss if you're doing the interior.

What's the deal with zymol guys? lol.
