Detailer's Domain: e92 M3 /Crystal Rock

Well up front I apologize no real before shots on this one of the paint. This car is brand new and with very minor swirls and light scratches.

Customer was a pleasure to work with. I love it when that happens.

Car needed to be cleaned up due to bad washes at the dealer after customer stressed don't wash the car...typically dealer mess up.

Anyway the car was polished out with PO85RD with a white flat pad and finished up with Swissvax Cleaner Fluid and Swissvax Crystal Rock.

Awesome job, love the E90 M3, glad they came back with the 4 door model in the US.

 

funny thing is I'm not feeling the 4 door on this version...I would have love to see the e46 m3 as a 4 door / with the flares and all that would have been something else.

slanguage, no cam spray because honestly I didn't want to set it up and the car wasn't horrible.

Lusso Auto Bathe is all I need to clean it up.

the orange peel is horrible. the later the model bmw the worst it gets.

I thought the previous gen cars like the x5 and m5's were bad look at the pics...I guess though there are a ton of angles on this car so its deflecting light everywhere which probably makes the orange peel worse.

I would get this car in silver or gray..

Got to admit I also don't like the 4 door sedan E92 ///M, the coupe is alot nicer but still can't beat the E46 for presence !

 

Another car well done! Phil, how do you like that boars hair wheel brush??? I still can't get used to Swissvax wheel brush (was using OXO feather tip brush before), always miss a spot or two...I was having my eye on that wheel brush for a while now...

 

Those 3 brushes are my go tos i don't always have my drill charged and ready to go.

 

Vehicle looks great, man I can just imagine the vehicle..it must have been giving off a wicked carnauba glow :druling:

 

yeah it was off the hook just a bit too much orange peel.

 

Very nice work Phil! The M3 looks great, and I personally like the look of the 4-door.
