I know DI is not a DB store, but wow Greg is great, I made changes to my order, normally when paid by paypal, You can't make changes. but Greg jus exchange the items I asked him to, with the new items costing slightly more, he said he won't charge me for those items. Great service!! seriously I never had bad experience with any vendors, but i shop more often with great vendors.
