Deep Gloss Auto Salon 360 Modena In Corso Rosa It's been awhile since I have posted a write up but since this owner requested I snap a few pictures I figured I may as well share This is a “high mileage” 360 Modeno in Corso Rosa with 40,000 miles on the odometer. The paint had not been taken care and as a result even after leaving my hands there were very random isolated deep scratches present. :applause: Looks amazing! Don't mean to get off track here but...may I ask where you got the Menz banner?
Great work Deep Gloss! The Ferrari looks great Phil, is there a section where I can see the available banners/prices? Couldn't find it on DD
Very nice work! I am assuming you a Hydrotech Tangerine with 203S and the Hydrotech Crimson with 85RD? I am asking because I have all those products and would like to see which pads you used with which polishes.
Thanks:thumb: I got the Menz banner from a person on another forum,.... If you are not able to get one from DD feel free to PM me and I can see if he has anymore for you. Thanks Phil Merci' Ken Danke DS Thank you Sir No snorkel needed... Thanks Thanks Danny I used: Makita: 3M wool / M105 Griots/Megs DA: Megs MF custing disc / M105 Griots/Megs DA: Tangerine Hydro / Powerfinish Makita: Tangerine Hydro / 85rd.
Thanks man, I do a very similar process to that I have one other question so you go over it once with M105 with a wool pad not sure which 3m wool pad your using. I have a superbuff III 2 plus 2 nine inch wool its good but would like to get something a bit smaller. So after that you then go over it all again with M105 with the megs mf cutting disc? Why twice with M105? Sent from my HTC EVO using Tapatalk
Jason, love the work, just love it!! It's so wet looking. Great job on the pics too. This one really caught my eye:
Yep, I used the big ole' 3m SB. I also like to use the tuff buff black lambs wool pads they also cut very nice and finish much better than the 3M... really depends what mood I am in and what paint I am working on. I used M105 twice because it cuts nice and finishes down well for a compound. This clear was hard so I needed something with some muscle hence the 3m wool and M105 as my 1st step. The M105 with the MF cutting disc cleaned up nicely after the 1st step and was an appropriate "in between" before going to the Tangering and PF Richy my Canadian brother... Thanks man. I hope to continue to enhance my photography skills because while I am getting to a point where I no longer hang my head I still see much room for improvement. I love that shot as well... Something kind of sexual about the curves
