This BMW X3 was a client of mine that I got while I was down at my beach house. The paint was in incredibly good condition when I got there, I was very surprised. It was weird because the paint was in great condition, but everything else wasn't. The rims were coated in brake dust on the outside, but in the barrel it was just straight black. This is just an extensive wash, wax, and interior. I didn't even need to clay the car, there were barely any swirls on it, maybe there is finally a good dealership detailer. The interior was all kind of messed up and I spent quite a while cleaning it up. Sorry about no befores, I forgot my camera and ended up having to borrow a real crappy camera from one of my family members down at the shore. Thanks man So I have a question for you guys, what do you guys use on the matte black pillars? I would just wipe them down with quick detailer to get them clean, but it was a pain in the ass because they seemed to spot up really easy everytime I would wash it, 303 would streak and I didn't try waxing it. Suggestions?
oh BTW man, thank you so much for the MS!!! I cannot thank you enough for that sample of Ultra gloss, it blew me away on how much it renews a dirty cars look right back to freshly detailed. I didn't get around to trying out the Envirosheild yet, but I can't wait. I'll be sure to pay it forward someday man, many, many thanks :worship2: I used the Ultragloss as a way of pulling off the extra oils from the Collinite on this car, since distilled water wasn't really getting off the wax holograms I guess they would be called. They came right off after the wash, and it made the car look even better.
Yea, I know I should have taken some :sorry: Don't worry, I got a 2009 E320 on Wensday though. Listen to this, the owner had her windshield scratched going through an automated car wash and paid 800 dollars for a new one (well insurance did, but still a hassle), and she hasn't been to a car wash since. When I talked to her, she said the wheels were looking really black, and it's booked for a full detail so I'll be sure to take some befores, during, and afters for ya :mounty: The only thing is is that it's silver so swirls might be hard to capture.
