This is a multiple part question I was hoping you gents could shed some light on for me.

I recently picked up a gallon of Zep Citrus and love it. However, I am a bit novice at diluting product and knowing exactly what dilution ratios to use. I know one should play with ratior a bit, but I was hoping I could get some helpful dilutions ratios for certain jobs.

    De-greasing rubber trim

    Cleaning door jambs

Cleaning interior panel to prep before dressing application

    Using as an LSP stripper

    Cleaning wheels

    Wheel wells

Now that I have inquired about what dilution ratios, I was wondering how you all go about doing this.

For the rubber trim, wheel wells, jambs, and wheel, I am guessing this is done via spray bottle before the car is washed with some kind of brush? Then, of course rinse, and proceed with typical wash method.

Regarding using Zep Citrus as an LSP stripper and prep method for claying/polishing: say I am going to use a foam gun. Do I include straight Zep in the the gun with my DG or OPT soap? Someone please shed some light here!

How about not using a foam gun, and just rocking the 2 bucket method...do I just add a little Zep to the wash bucket?

If you all would be kind enough to answer some of these questions, I would be a man of appreciation!

Use it at 4:1 Sean. I bought a 56oz pressurized sprayer for ONR but am going to go pick up another one, maybe a 1 or 1.5 gallon Solo sprayer though just for Zep. I bought the 56 oz Flo.Master one which only cost $6 at Home Depot and works well. As for brushes a SV detail brush, or RG brush set will work.

Yeah, I have heard a lot of hype about these pressurized sprayers. I also went through your thread about Zep Danny. Lot of helpful info there. Sounds like I need to pick up a couple of those pressurized sprayers. I like the idea of having one for ONR clay lube as well as Zep. At this point, I can't really think of why one would need them for anything other then those 2 uses? Although, I know JL loves those things!
