Cleaned up a couple daily drivers today for our customer. We go there weekly to maintain the vehicles, so they are typically easy to clean up. First up is the G-wagon. Cleaned up the interior first. Then did the vacuuming - pumice stone doing it's thing with the dog hair. Once the interior was cleaned up I moved on the to wash Foaming the roof - have to clean this thing in pieces since it's so big On to the side of the beast Gently cleaning with DD sponge Rinse and dry Finals Up next is the SL65 Again starting with the interior - vacuuming Can't forget the trunk Cleaning up the windows Wiping down the interior with some Cockpit Premium Love this interior - although the gloss black inserts scratch easily if not careful On to the wheels Before - even after a week the wheels can get really dirty After - having protection on the wheels helps to clean them up rather easily After the wash I give it some spray wax - no washing shots as it was in the sun and I needed keep moving (water spots) Afters Now I just have to figure out how to get the stuff back into my car! Thanks for looking!
I packed the same amount of stuff in my car where did you get that extension cord reel?? BTW you can invest in some quick connects male and female for the hose, so you can connect both ends and prevent spills in your trunk.
I used to connect the ends of the hose, but on the pressure washer side I have a shutoff valve and quick disconnect for the pressure washer, so I don't anymore. I actually drain the hose out as I reel it up, works so much better if you do that. Business partner was in class today, so I didn't have the work truck with me. Electric cord reel is from Lowes, not sure what we'd do without it. -Kody-
It's an AR North America AR610. Very small, lightweight, adjustable pressure and extremely quiet.. 1800 psi,
Are you using a different gun with the AR610? I remember reading that it was hard to find the right connector for the foam cannon with the AR.
Did you sponge the car using only the foam from the PW? No rinse off and then TBM wash? (I see that you brought 4 GG buckets)
No, I'm using the gun that came with the unit. The nozzle of the gun and the foam cannon have quick disconnects to make changeover quicker. I rinse the vehicles, shoot down with foam, use the TBM and then final rinse. Pay in mind, the vehicles are typical not too dirty, but I still hit them foam before touching the vehicle with the sponge to further reduce the chance of marring.
Rigid vacuum with the car accessory hose kit. The hose that originally came with the vacuum was junk, the kit is well worth the money.
