Toyota Avensis -07 No so many before pictures but the car was only a year old and swirled to hell. The owner uses fairy and a old sponge to wash the car :shocked Cherry foam mixed with alkalie degreaser to clean the paint before applying LSP After wash, no LSP LSP curing Mixed afters Wash Heavy alkalie degreaser, cut 1:25 with water Cherry foam Clay block, using cherry foam as lubrication IPA/H2O wipedown Polish Menzerna PO85RD3,02 with new purple coloured pads - Top tool Menzerna PO85RDRE5 with black Mirka finishing pad, rotary 900-1200-1500-1800-2000-2500-1500-900 (IE zenith) must say that I love to polish Menzerna @ higher speeds :woot2: Each step was removed with a new mf-towel and paint wipedown with IPA/H2O Second wash 2oz cherry foam blandat with 3oz heavy alkalie mixed with ~16oz of water via foam gun 1:10. Foamed twice. Rinsed with pressure washer. Dried with soft waffle weaves LSP A new sample. Applied with a small mf-sponge. Let cured for about 30 mins. Removed with a damp mf-towel and a clean mf-towel for second buff Audi A4 -03 BEFORE AFTER This was a wash, clay and sealant. Same prepp as above, but the LPS was applied with rotary and a finishing pad @ 900 rpm.
Great job on both cars. It is a shame what the owner was doing to that poor Toyota. Great job bringing it back.
