I was washing my F150 this morning and stopped to take a look at it when I finished drying it with a leaf blower and microfiber towel. I thought to myself it still looks pretty good and it's been 3 months since I applied a coat of Collinite 915. Since I applied the Collinite right before Christmas the truck has been sitting outside 24/7. I also drove it on a 1,800 miles trip to Memphis, TN pulling a trailer to pick up a Viper. Since applying 915 it has been washed once a week using Poorboy's SS&S. It still beads like crazy.

Collinite 915 has to be one of the longest lasting nubas out there. I need to try some Black Wow on the trim.

Damn, that does look good. I wonder how it performs head to head with #16.

This can be bought at Harbor Freight, right?

I did hear that Harbor Freight was selling Collinite but I don't think it was 915. I believe someone said the got some 845 there. I got the 915 on AG. Very nice for the price. Not the easiest nuba to put on and remove but it looks good and really lasts. A little spray of QD on the pad and it goes on and comes off easier.

Gary..you're right about the Collinite..I love how it lasts like everyone else and I think it really does add to the look as well, which is just like an added bonus.

Looking good Gary and I am really liking how 915 is holding up on my truck. I found the thinner you put 915 on the easier it is to buff off. The first time I tried it I cussed at it because I put it on way to thick.

Gary..I sed 915 for a few winters up here and i have to say it performed way better than I ever thought...I used it as a topper for Klasse SG....Zaino....Duragloss...and it did its job well..I also used the 885 Fleetwax and it is super also....

I use the 854IW in the summer as it has the glossy sealant look to it and it does a good job...but not as long as the Collinite pastes..

Reason I top the sealants for winter is I let the wax take the blunt of the punishment from road grime and salts....and it did just that....I do cars in Nov with the winter protection for people and come May it still going great..beading and all..so its a proven product to me....

this year I did not top my truck as I wanted to see just how DG held up on it's own for winter..and it did wonderfully...still beading and nice gloss and NO AW this winter either..
