I've been looking for something like this for a while. I wonder how clear they really are? A white background wasn't the best choice for its picture.

I was thinking of asking Dom if I could just get the stickers and put them on those AG buckets. Or, looking into getting some graduation stickers made, printed vinyl, and put them on.

Only the sticker, not the graduation sticker on the side to tell you volume...

What a rip off. That orange bucket is much cheaper at Home Depot. Its pretty much the HD colors too

Orange bucket from Home Depot doesn't fit Grit Guard...You should get a bucket from Pepboy's, I have one, and it fits grti guard perfectly...and it's only $5 a bucket...

They look like the zaino ones I use, but without the Gamma Seal Lids. They're not totally clear, but somewhat semi-clear. A very nice bucket indeed, and I'm not going to look for buckets again. Recently bought some Dollys for them.

From what I have heard, a few pros have had problems with the clear Dodo buckets, as they're not that robust due to the clear finish. They simply crack.

    Kind regards,

Huh? I have the orange Home Depot 5-gallon buckets and they fit Grit Guard perfectly, all the way at the bottom of the bucket. Grit Guard is set in there perfectly so it won't float up with any solution in there or if I flip the bucket over...need to use the finger slots in the Grit Guard to pull it out.

Yea apparently it's translucent and not transparent. I'm tired of these marketing gimmicks.

I do not think you can find many clear (transparent) wash buckets that you would want to pay for. Polycarbonate is very expensive and styrenes, arylics, etc are too brittle.

13 dollars for the same 5 gallon buckets at HD or Lowes simply because they are AUTOGEEK "branded". PLUS you can pay for shipping..

    Not a chance.

+1 ... I've been using these buckets with grit guards for over a year without any issues.

i would like a bucket with gallon graduation marks on it. would make measuring water/soap dilutions so much easier.

Try Lowes. I have a semi-clear one from there that I like a lot.

Agree. It seems they like to sell the same stuff you can get in stores with a 200% mark-up. Like their clear spray bottles..... 3 times as much as USPlastics..... :duh:
