    Hi - All

I am new to detailing and I will be detailing my car this week for the first time. The question I have is: I have a clear bra on the car hood and wanted to know if it is okay to polish, wax, clay etc on top of the clear bra protection film?

Does anyone have any pointers advice or product recommendations on how to get the best results when detailing the clear bra. Also curious on how to get the white residue out from the edges of the clear bra?

Thanks and sorry if this is the wrong section.

you would need to know what type of clearbra it is. Most can be polished but I am not sure about Xpel Ultimate as it has its own self healing properties.
I like a toothpick for the edge of the clearbra, i find it works best.

Tape over the seams of the clear bra (if it is a partial covering); you don't want to take any chances of bumping into the edge with your pad and lifting the corner. Once it lifts slightly the rest will be very susceptible to pulling off.
