I did my fastest wash ever yesterday (thats even beating ONR washes) on my mustang gt thanks to CG V7. It took me about 35 to 40 minutes. CG V7 worked like a charm after snowfoaming and rinsing I just sprayed it on and used it as a drying aid. It just evaporated into the paint leaving very minimal streaking better than any quick detailer I have used as a drying aid, even better than my favorite Prima Slick. I still prefer Slick over it though for looks. All I had to do was go over it again with a CG monster microfiber and a quick mist of V7 and the paint was extremely slick and clear.
so you think, as far as for looks it would produce good results if I used a glaze then v7 then a wax?
V7 is awesome when it comes to no streaking...... as for putting wax over it, i would stick with Powerlock, to me V7 is more a detailer and does not last that long compared to PL or Jetseal
I love OS and V7, I think OS last longer. V7 looks awesome and is a great topper for anything. But for me my ultimate right now is Prima Banana Gloss topped with Hydro. I usually each week do ONR then Banana gloss then Hydro quick and easy and for me nothing looks better yet ! I was just thinking I also have Prima Epic and its a great sealant and looks fantastic ,it has to be as durable as PL. I also forget because BG is so awesome.
I think V7 is more comparable to Prima Hydro than Prima Slick. As V7 and Hydro are both spray sealant products. Or am I missing something here ?
More glossy compared to depth, but adds both very nicely as a stand alone. Better to use it to go over a carnauba/sealant, then topping with a carnauba. The solvents won't react as well when topping it.
