Anybody else had problems with their service?

 

I have not been too impressed with Adam at this point I have bee trying to get some products off of him for a while and he doesn't seem to comee through. I can't wait for Chris to get them so I don't have to worry about anything.

 

We have CG on our list but we have to slow down a bit right now as we are swamped. We are in a rush trying to get our own APC out and it is taking all our time. It may be a while.

 

np, that just means I get to hold on to my money a little longer

 

Well Adam just informed me that he is closing down. I did finally get my products after 6 or 7 weeks.

 

Many do not realize how hard this market is. It is not easy money and takes a LOT of time.

 

Well, you have really become my go to guy Chris. I just wanted to try some chemical guys products out.

 

I am going to Port to see Adam, sad to see him get out of the gig, but the up side is the stuff is on cheap.

 

Anyone know why Adam is getting out of the business?

Who's going to pickup the Chemical Guys lineup in Canada?

 

I had the ball rolling but I emailed CG's three times with no reply. I also keep getting voicemail. I am afraid that if I finally do get through and get intial stock....when it comes to reordering I may be out of stock for a while while trying to get get a hold of them!

This is a great website! I was just s made aware of it when a friend forwarded a link to this post, which is very interesting! Not sure who you are my friend, "Yukon," but I apologize that our product took 6-7 weeks to get to you! We typically get goods north of the border in 4-6 days, and I'm aware of any delays beyond 7 days. For some reason, your order didn't appear on my radar! However, I must say, it's pretty bold to post a lie on a public forum that can be easily forwarded and identified as lacking credibility! ("Adam informed me. . . . . . ")

We are out-pacing our numbers from 2007, and hopefully, will grow again for the 9th straight year for 2008. No plans to go out of business, or discontinue business, and I don't have any businesses with my wife.

Fascinating how rumors/ lies get started, absolutely fascinating, isn't it?

If anyone cares, Adam (of Adam's Polishes) has some great products coupled with amazing customer service!

If anyone in Canada needs Adam's polishes products, get them from Phil or Adam directly.
