As a newbie, M-Seal is the 1st sealant that I have tried and used to date, other than Aquawax, which is a spray sealant mainly to be used after a vehicle wash, and not really the same thing. In some threads I have seen that some people do not like M-Seal and some do. As for myself, I am fairly happy with it, but then again this is the only sealant that I have tried. I find it easy to apply and very easy to wipe off. It has some filling characterisitics that make the finish look great. And it does a great job on metallic paint to make the flake pop, from my experience. - What are some pros/cons to M-Seal? - Best application method(s) to establish durability/longevity of an M-Seal application - Anything you folks can think of.....
It is a very good product as far as ease of application and removal. The better your prep work, the better M-Seal will do. I always used FP before applying M-Seal to make sure I get consistent results. I enjoy applying it with a die cut foam applicator or a german wax applicator.
FP = FP-ULTRA FINE Final Polish Micro-Polish Pure Polish Paintwork Cleaner (1 Gal) ? Thanks for your response
Thanks. I have a bunch of Klasse AIO, so I'll try doing a pass on the car with the UDM prior to applying 2 coats of M-Seal next time around.
I've been using M-Seal for a while now and for the price, I really like it. I've found that durability seems to improve if after you apply it you let it cure in the sun. I don't know, maybe I'm just crazy.
