My package from CG's came in today and I've been dying to try out this scent for the car or...

"Where Can It Be Used: Cars, Boats, Schools, Hotels, Restaurants, Outside, Carpets, Upholstery, Motels, Strip- Clubs and more. " - per their site

Anyway, the scent is PERFECT, if you like citrus type scents. I sprayed twice in the car, once towards the carpet in front of the center console of the Taurus and once across the backseat (gentle mist). I'm curious to how long this scent lasts, and how strong it is... I can't see diluting it as it smells so good as is. I'll report back toward the end of the week.

Looks like the gallon size may be in my future :waiting: Anyone know the true composition of this stuff, like is it "organic"? The picture of the lemon and lime on the CG website sold me
I like having a nice scent in the car or wherever, just concerned about the by products of some synthetically produced products and the potential health risks, i.e. head aches, breathing issues, etc... you never know

Interestingly enough, when I went in last year to pick up some CG stuff, I asked Paul which one he preferred and he told me all of them were crap! I took his recommendation of course :p

Nice, someone picked up on this :) Hence the BOLD function. When I was reading the description on the CG site I couldn't help but laugh.

The scent doesn't last. Maybe a few days after a bunch of sprays in the car (sprayed @ carpet). The scent however is GREAT. :woopdedoo:

Is it really that important that it lasts a very long time? To me I don't think it's a big deal. All our LSP's don't last for a long time either. When we are in the mood to freshen things up. We do. I'm just saying keep a small spray bottle in the car in the warmer months. Bing, bang, boom there you have it. I just wanted to try to put a positive spin on a positive product...Thank you.:thumb:

I sprayed some last night in the car and didn't notice the scene this AM. I may just have to keep the small bottle in the car then. I figured I'd post my observations as this is a great forum to share experiences, and the bottle says one spray should last weeks or months...

Just to be clear, your speaking or CG's lemon lime scent. Not Squash air right?

I for one don't like the strong scent when freshly sprayed so it would be nice if it lasted for awhile.

Please keep posting your observations. That's what this board is about. And be careful where you spray the air freshner it can fade carpet.

i use the apple one .. smells great .. while i will agree with the scent not lasting long .. maybe a week ? the only reason those other air freshners work forever is because the darn thing sits in the car
