I was looking through QD's and this one seems like a very good option for a bulk QD, $28 and dillutable 3:1 but really I would do 1:1 maybe 2:1 for claying max. Any users out there? Does it add gloss? And slickness? Just give me an overview of how it is and what to expect if I bought it.
Not familar with that one nor do I see it listed on their site. I do have experience with the Clear Seal and it is an amazing product, super slick and great shine. QUICK DETAILER CLEAR SEAL GLOSS ENHANCER NEW!
Waterless Car Wash Exterior/Interior Quick Detail Spray No Wax Thats the one I'm talking about, any experience? Also, 100% silicon free (unlike Meguiars Last Touch which I originally was after, but I heard it ruins towels but is crazy slick)
I got this with cg's detailing kits and I have no complaints as far as using it at a detailing spray. No complaints using it for claying. I didn't find anything special with it and will be looking to try something different after my gallon is done.
I heard that the Silicon in Last Touch makes towels nonabsorbent over a bit of time, so I went away from it regardless if its very good (sorry). Unless you want to convince me
He is probably referring to how Last Touch can cause drying towels to lose their water absorbancy as the silicone/polymers of LT get into the microfiber and are hard to get out.
Never heard of it ruining towels, I have used it for the past 10 mos or so. I typically dilute it 1:1 with distilled water. Slick enough for me, but if the temp outside is over about 85 degrees, it can evaporate VERY quickly. Still, I bought a 1 gal jug, with diluting, its some of the cheapest there is I could find.
i love the Adams QD but the CG synthetic detailer is awesome smells great easy on and off, greast slickness and gloss and cheap to boot..
1 gal of the purple CG stuff. Like Luke, I think it smells great. Even helps sealants to pop before applying LSP.
