Placed an order with Martin this week,no problem. Found out I was doing a 1948 Chrysler town and country drop head coupe today. I did not have enough metal polish to take care of the chrome on this automobile. I e mailed Martin to ask when my order might arrive,as I would have to go local if needed. He called me at night,and told me he would make sure I had polish and would ship it overnight! How can you say more about this kind of service!!! I have been nothing but blown away by the response from Martin and james. We are proud to have become one of the authorized detailers for them. Great product,great service. Cannot ask for more! Mike
