So, I have a detail coming up on an Audi A4 and it is going to need some heavy correction.

I'm hoping the PG or SIP with an yellow or orange pad will be able to handle it. Main thing I am worried about is time.

Anyone have any experience with a flex and audi clear?

How does Audi paint compare to VW ? Did my brothers Golf IV with SIP and a blue Flex pad (think it would be similar to a green LC pad) with a 3401 and it worked pretty well. Pics are in the show and shine section of you interested, look for Golf IV...Black Magic. Hope that helps ;)

Yes, the Flex 3401 will correct Audi paint. I have an '04 Allroad - Cobalt Blue. Here's a couple of pics:

After using 3401 + IP (or PG can't remember) + orange pad, followed by 106FA + white pad:

If memory serves correct, I tried a panel or 2 using a yellow Erasure pad and PG, and it introduced some micro marring. It cleaned up using 106FA and a white pad however. Dropped back and went back to an orange pad and that seemed to get it done.

Yes, the Flex will work just fine. I works wonders on my '01.5 S4.

Dont' get me wrong, it's not a walk in the park, but it'll get the job done.
