Hi, Just working on a Saab. There are some some red crayonish marks on the leather seats. I can't for the life of me get these marks off the seats... tried everything except the right thing ... May be that my client was wearing a red coat and it could be the dye got into the leather ..

    Any Ideas ???

I'm trying to score some points as this client could potentially bring me 10's of clients ...

    Thanks...

if its dye transfer I would use

Leather Master Super Remover, followed by LM Soft Cleaner , then LM Protection Cream.

I agree..that ain't crayon, it's dye transfer. Do you have a steamer? If so, wrap a white terry towel over the end and go over it. It will transfer the stain (dye) from the leather to the towel.

I use a citrus cleaner diluted 10:1. I will also softly scrub it with a brush if required.

CG... can you tell me which brand of citrus cleaner you would reccomend?

Zep citrus at 10:1. Also, it would be a very, very good idea to try to find an AG Hi-Tech interior pad. It is amazing how much more effective the pad makes the cleaner.
