It's been crazy busy and not much time to get pics and stuff up. I did this boat for a long time client. He just bought the boat and it needed some tlc on the outside to get it back into shape. It was on a bit of a budget(3 days max) to finish it up.

    Washed
    Compounded with Gel coat compound
Polished with mid compound, all on roataries of course
Waxed with 2 coats of 845

It was prettty weathered to say the least

left was compounded and right was untouched

outstanding, that is the first dark green boat I think ive ever seen......... probably disappears into the water visually.

Thanks Karl. It is a nice boat and apparently smooth on the water to boot.

I hate boat detailing. I don't normally do them I get roped into doing them for regular clients. They need different compounds, stuff that would mess up auto paint. To do a proper job all the hardware should be taken off and that it itself is a day job. ( if they come off).

I bet buddy. Boats are tough but i guerss the change of scenery has got to be nice. Instead of looking at car paint, chrome grills and door handles all day you get to look at a boat surface and dream of being on the lake LoL.

Boats are tough for sure though. I have done a couple, not many but the ones i have done were a PITA.
