This was a fun one. I had run a detailing meet last month and we hit max capacity for the event. I got an email a few weeks after from a person who was interested in learning a little more about detailing, polishing mostly. I was told there was 2 guys interested, so I made the trip to help them find the results they were looking for. Up until I arrived, I had no idea what we were working on. I will let the pics expain the car of the day. The process I chose was Optimum Hyper Compound on a Yellow GI pad on a DA. Followed up with Menz Super Finish on a blue CCS pad on a DA. The owner had his on tools and some polishes to work with, I supplied the compound and yellow pad. IT was going to see a Swisswax treatment after the polishing was finished. It was a neighborhood event, the neighbor next door was very knowledgeable about detail having owned a bodyshop and owned a rare M Series car, which you will see in a few weeks time. I had tones of fun and Just a few pics and these are without wax at this point Thanks for looking
Car looks great! Details where the customers help are some of my personal favorites. The excitement they bring as the car, their car, is transformed helps renew my love for detailing and reaffirms the joy it can bring others.
