What's the difference between the blue and red LC pads?? Trying to pick one for LSP, which will mostly be carnuba. Any rules to go by when picking between the two??

Gold pad for LSP application. They are the softest available.

Between the two, I'd pick red.

I personally like blue because I like to give a little pressure when working LSPs in. They are all pretty much the same and unless you have SUUUUUUPER soft paint wont make a diff.

The blue and red LC pads are very close, but the gold is much softer.

I had been told they are the same but for some reason red **feels** (subjective) firmer than blue. I have not used Gold but the White (Cyclo aka Buff and Shine) is softer than red/blue. You can use either one.

I have been using the red with no problems for years, but either one would work fine.

Go for the gold or red.
