This stuff any good? I am looking for some new wheel cleaner and thought I would give this a try but want to hear some reviews first. I tried searching but didn't come up with anything.

I've been using CG Citrus rim cleaner but want to try something else.

If you have any other recommendations I would like to hear them as well (other than p21s gel :thud:)

    Thanks,

    Adam O

Undoubtedly go with Autoglym Custom Wheel Cleaner. You can buy it from Ken at Autowerkes for like $45 for 5L. I've used just about every wheel cleaner out there and this is my favorite in the line of (but better than) P21s, Chemical Guys Stick Gel, etc.

I've tried the Blackfire cleaner. It was less then stellar. Like JL said, CWC or bust. It's all I used now.

I have half a gallon of Blackfire Gel Wheel and Tire Cleaner left and I'm not crazy about it either. I think the focus is on surface safety but there's no point if it isn't any stronger than soap and water. It's actually very watery, too...not clingy at all like the P21S Gel Wheel Cleaner. Once I am done with my BF Gel Wheel Cleaner, I will not be purchasing anymore.

:agree: it is VERY runny. Even with a foaming sprayer it doesn't foam.. at all. Hah.

hmmmmm...I was wondering about that wheel cleaner... I guess I'll stick with CG Sticky gel for now (1:1), and once I ran out, then try something different...maybe Autoglym, maybe Bilberry...

Hit up Denzil. I was so disappointed with the blackfire I gave it to him. I know he still has over half a bottle, maybe he'll spare you some :thumb:
