Big Lots - Eagle One Tire Shine (aerosol)

    they have it for $3 a can. I've never used it before, but most Eagle one stuff is ok for OTC.

    I use it to clean my rubber mats,does an excellent job.

    You could just spray it onto an applicator and then use that to apply it to your tires.
