It looks like its the older version as they have the new one for 28.95

 

It is the non-polycharged version and it takes forever to get the order in, if you even get it at all. They don't respond to emails, there's no phone # listed, and they rarely check the new orders, had really bad experience with this company. Would not order anything form them unless you're willing to wait about 2 months...
