I would like to say the Lake Country CCS Pads in 4 inch for a small pad.

    Works great!

P1et-what do you mean by your post?

you can always try the Edge 4 inch pads which I feel are better than the 6 and 8's they have but you will then have to get the adapters.

scott have you tried the 3.5" flat pads that they have at ag? You might find them with the polishing pal too. I have 3.5" and 4" flat LC pads from AG, and they seem to work well for me. I'm also a fan of the 5.5" flat LC white and orange pads.

Well I'm not sure about 4inch but I've been very pleased with Menzerna pads, they are 5inch pads and they work great.

I've tried 4inch LC pads, the old school LC pads though, kinda like the low profile pads and they work great too...I havent tried the new CCS pads they sound interesting but can't really say as I've never used it.

Just my :2cents: though, not sure if it helps but just felt like :bla2:

Most of the foams used are LC relabelled (note I said most not all) the surface finish of the foam maybe what doesn't work for you. i.e. flat, concave, pockets, etc.

What foam 'finish' are you using (note that some products may be the root cause i.e. not enough lubrication) you might find that 'priming' a foam makes all the difference.

As you can see there are a myriad of 'causes' we just need more information in able to eliminate some of them
