Best rotary backing plate for 4 inch pads?

    Hi guys,

    I was wondering, who makes the best of the best rotary backing plate to be used with 4" pads? I am looking for something like the 3M 09553 that has the foam layer in the middle for better flex, but smaller so that I could use 4" pads with it.

    I think the Gloss-it pad has a layer of foam on it.
