Thanks kenny. It goes way over my budget but I'll stick to the hand routine you advised me in the other thread. Im new to this anyway!
No problem dude, but I should warn you right now that this stuff can be more addictive than crack once you get bitten by the detailing bug
Don't forget the duties (Mexican made) and the brokerage charge. We often get many " Can you match Coastal Tools price" emails. I think I am going to order one and get it shipped to our place in Canada. I will then post the total cost on our website along with receipts to show how the extra costs. I had a customer recently tell us he paid a total of $225 for it byt the time it got to his door before he found our site.
I could get it from coastal tool and ship it out. The cost from CT to here would be around 10 bucks. There shipping is very reasonable in the USA. I'm not sure how much from the USA to Canada. You could find that out. If you want. before it leaves the states it would be 120.00 approx. I think the post office is the cheapest way of the country. The rest I don't know for sure...I really don't have the capital right now.
Lets recap on this. $120 USD to get the polisher to a place in the USA. Right now $120 USD is $144 yet you still have to ship to Canada and he would get nailed with duties, and brokerage. Lets say the shipping from you to him is just another $10 USD ($12 Canadian) now he is at $156 and no duties or brokerage has been paid. Duties and brokerage could easily hit $40-$50 more...We sell the Polisher for $168 Canadian and shipping is free. Chances are he MAY be able to get it into Canada for the same price we sell it for, worst case it cost a bit more. Quite a bit of hassle to get the same product from another country for the same/higher price
