Mine came with a nice yellow foam applicator when I bought it from DI. And I couldn't wait to use it, so I've now used it on my: kitchen faucet stove top fridge panels and a couple toy cars :lol:
Mine also came with a yellow foam applicator. I generally prefer foam for thin liquids like Opti Seal and MF applicators for more creamy liquids and pastes. The Megs applicator is similar to the yellow one I received with the OS and worked fine. As an aside, my Opti Seal came with just the sprayer on top. Most spray bottles like this are usually packaged with a small plastic topper cap. Just wondering if mine got lost packaging/shipping or whether that's the way they all come? TL
tl, my bottle did come with the little clear cap for over the spray head. It had fallen off during shipment, but i did find it in the package.
Thanks. I suspect mine was buried in the ton of packing peanuts that I try to rid myself of promptly.
They were having problems with the sprayer clogging. They sent me two replacement sprayers and I'm on my last one. Guess the cap is to keep the sealant from drying and clogging the sprayer. Had mine on, but didn't help.
Au contraire mon frere! Try one of my Blackfire Ultimate applicator pads for sealant and you'll never go back.
The BF Ult apps are AMAZING! I have a few of them and are great! I have the red CCS one and like it but wanna try out the gold circle one. Only if I could figure out a good way to use the ultimate with a pot wax without getting wax all over the lip.
