Hello all. Well I decided that it was time to start posting some of my details as I am always on this site and always asking for and giving advise, I thought it would be a good idea to show some of the work I do

    Anyway onto the detail.

The car. 2009 Austin Martin DBS

This detail is from September. My customer just went and picked up the car in Vancouver and drove it home, sadly on the drive home he drove through a mixture of white paint and tar.

Hear is some of the mix (it was the worst on the back)

I did not get any pictures of the wash stage (I am learning how to do proper posts)
Car wash with Auto Magic Wash and Wax
Tires and wells treated to Auto Magic Citrus APC
Wheels cleaned with Auto Magic Citrus Wheel Cleaner
Clayed with Auto Magic Blue Clay and Body Shine as Lube

Clayed all the paint to remove the horrid mix

    And the wheels...

Finally the car wash re washed using Auto Magic's Wash and Wax and dryed with Megs Water Mag (Yuk time to use E-shines towel)

Once again my genious self did not take any pictures of polishing (next time)
    But hears the run down
Light polish Makita equiped with Menzerna PO85rd with White CCS Pad on a Meguiars 5in backing plate.
    Paint Protected with Collinite 476s
    Glass hit with tech wax
Collinite was used on wheels also.

    The Result...

If my eyes are as sharp as I think, I believe a silver SLR McLaren is up on one of those lifts and possibly a red Ferrari siitting near the adjacent lifts...My close?

Anyway DBS looks stunning, great work on a great ride:applause:
