Hi again, Completed job from today that was a fairly straightforward detail. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best today so there are no outside after shots. Wheels - Sonax FE Wheel Cleaner Tires/wheel wells - OPC dilution Wash - ONR Clay - GG yellow clay with ONR clay lube dilution Door jams, engine, under hood, chrome grille - Steamer Meguiar's MF System - Both D300 and D301 Glass, door jams - Aqauwax Wheels - Aquawax Tires - 303 Protectant Exhaust - Steel wool and metal polish Pictures Not many wash stage pictures as it was raining pretty good and had to wash wheels outside then pull in to do everything else. After wheels were cleaned with Sonax FE but before ONR wash As you can see door jams were pretty tidy to begin with Steam to clear out tight hinges and bolts Trunk jam My least favorite parts of these cars to clean Claying (don't mind the torn nitrile glove) Engine area Engine After Customer pulled up with the vehicle that I detailed yesterday...Powerlock beading nicely. I have to apologize for no close ups of paint. There were swirls, a coupe random etchings, but I was having difficulty capturing anything on camera. Afters Thanks for looking!!!!
Great job! Female owner? The magazines in the trunk.. Chaseme you've never torn a nitrile glove?? I can usually use a pair for 2 details and they always rip on me. I have the 8mm ones too. I'm not sure how they tear but it just happens.
thanks guys... appreciate it! I always tear the gloves, I buy them in bulk from BJ's (like Costco) so maybe they're not as strong. When they do rip it is usually when I am doing door jams or something and they get caught. It is actually a guy, he probably has the magazines in the waiting room at his office. they fit the occupation.
haha honestly, i never knew what the rules were in regards to this. I know some other sites don't allow it, so i just assumed? can anybody clarify this?
