If you saw "Billy Madison", you know what the title means... lol Now into the serious part: I finished college back in 2001 and have my associates as a draftsman, but with the turns that life gives each and everyone of us, I ended up working for a funeral home(not as spooky as it sounds, BTW). But I am sick and tired of it, and other circumstances in life have made want to become better, stronger and wanting to live my life at it's fullest! With that in mind, I have decided I want to go back to school as soon as early next year to make my life dream a reality. Now, there's one cutback: I need a loan, and in order to get that loan approved, I need a co-signer(and no, I'm not asking anybody in this forum to give me their signature). I really want to do this, but I'm on hold because of that. Any suggestions from any of you on how should I take this? Thanks Joey
I'm in school right now and have been lucky to have my parents cosign for me, I don't know what I would do if they didn't.
Do you have any government aid programs in PR? PR is a U.S. territory so I was thinking that you could apply through FAFSA - Free Application for Federal Student Aid like the rest of us but I could be wrong. It's worth a look.
