AWESOME Customer Service

    Thought I should post this up since I just placed my 2nd order through Phil :applause2:

    1st order:
    -Menz IP, PG, Micro Polish
    I had some bad experiences with FedEx in the past and requested UPS or something else for shipping. There was also no stock of Menz IP in my first order so I asked Phil/Sue if they could ship my Menz PG and Menz Micro Polish out first and they did. Going back to the UPS request, not only did it arrive pretty fast, it also arrived in a box that was tapped up very well. It was reinforced and everything. The tape alone took me about 5 min to rip off. Super sturdy shipping. I wish I could've taken pictures but it was something to look at. The second order arrived with both bubble wrap AND the peanut things. Good packaging on both shipments :applause:


    2nd order: (I'll leave out the details unless Phil OKs it for me to say it :p)
    -3.5" Dual Action Flexible Backing Plate
    - Lake Country CCS Pad 4 inch Kit
    -einszett Klima-Cleaner - A/C Odor + Bacteria Cleaner
    Didn't ask for the special packaging this time since I trusted their shipping methods (DetailedImage looks way behind compared to them). I did request something but it wasn't available so I got something else instead. That really surprised me and made my day. So now, I just have to wait for everything to go through and soon I'll have a nice package for myself to open :applause2:

    I'd like to say thank you to Phil and Sue for helping me out and for providing some excellent customer service. I have never had an email from any retailer within 30 min of placing an order just because there was a some sort of problem (especially at this time of night). That was very very impressive and really makes the customer feel great :worship2::worship2:

    You should man. Its a great place to buy things from. The Customer Service is top notch :headbang:

    anyway I remember the sip upgrade but what else did we do :)

    Wasn't the SIP upgrade but you did give me one of your shirts instead of the window decal since you ran out though haha :D

    Any word on when thats going to ship Phil? I'm very excited to receive it :applause2:
