My dad got me some AutoMagic polishes for Christmas, and I have never heard of them before. Just curious has anyone used them, and if so, are they any good? He did get me my Flex XC 3401:headbang:.
Automagic is a big company, based in your home state if I am not remember wrong? They are aimed for larger volume detailing shops, car dealerships and etc. Some of the products are very good, but the polishes are not like Menzerna, but for the price is not bad products. Wich polishes did you get?
they pretty much suck compared to a lot of polishes on the market. the swirl remover is a mask and doesnt realll remove swirls. the compound is great for super nasty stuff bu leaves a matte finish to the paint that take a while to polish out. the polish is ok bu will leave micro marring.
The second post is correct, large company geared toward high volume environments, all of there polishes to my knowledge contain fillers, bc2 is a great cover up polish btw if your looking for a few weeks of the paint looking great, I could never get there stuff to finish down anywhere near quality products, overall the waxes seemed to last around a couple months, either way they wont harm your car if used correctly but IMO I wouldn't in the future use there products, but hey it was free! Use it up
Thanks guys. Looks like I'll go back to the shop and exchange them for some menzerna polishes. Gunna have to spend a little extra cash, but for the better product it's definitely worth it.
Didn't know u could take it back! If so I wouldve said do that and get menzerna right off It might cost a bit more but if your looking for results you won't be disappointed.
If you're going to return them for different automagic products you should consider the magnificent wheel cleaner, it works and looks similar to P21S wheel gel but at the fraction of the cost. Although its not pH neutral like the wheel gel
Some of their products are the best - Clay Magic blue and E-Z Clean HD (1 oz per 32 oz of water) best damn carpet cleaner out there and the price is right!
I've never been a fan of Automagic's polishes, way to oily and not enough bite. Same with the waxes, you'll be chasing greasy smears for hours
