I just ordered 1 gallon of Autoglym custom wheel cleaner and I was wondering what spray head does the retail bottle have a regular spray head or foaming kind. Or what kind of spray bottles is everyone using with there cwc.
Where did you get the gallon from? And you can try this foaming spray head it goes to one of the following spray bottles just switch the head. The sprayer in the 500ml is a foaming spray head Wide Mouth Foamer Sprayhead | U.S. Plastic Corp. Wide Mouth Spray Bottles | U.S. Plastic Corp. Your wheel cleaner solution will stay wetter longer and have significnatly better contact if you spray on with a normal head. Keep in mind this is a high foaming cleaner, so if you require foam, just brush away .
Thanks Mike, I was looking to do the opposite because I thought that foam CWC had cling factor and a normal head would cause the product to run down the tire without the time for me to agitate it quick enough
I think he is talking about U.S. gallon - 3.78 litre, not U.K. gallon of 4.6 litre. That's about the same price you sell it for, Ken. That reminds me, I'm running low on ag cwc.
I'm thinking of getting a autoglym retail bottle to see what sprayer head it has does anybody know which retailer auto parts store carries autoglym I remember hearing about a few before
I wouldn't recommend using a foamer sprayer. It wastes product like crazy, even though they do foam up really good. I've used a whole 16 oz. bottle of Blackfire wheel cleaner on just two wheels with a foaming sprayer..
The retail bottle uses a foaming spray head and I would advise against it as it does use too much product as stated. Just get a regular adjustable trigger and you'll be fine.
Ill try it out with a regular spray head and see how it works, has anybody tried using a kwazar bottle with autoglym cwc
