I detailed my first boats of the year this past weekend with the collection of toys I have acquired primarily from DD since last fall. One of them was a 1985 that was severely oxidized, the red stripes on the lower hull were nearly pink. Started with Perls with a splash of ONR. I was amazed at what gunk was removed with that combination. After some serious work with the Flex L3403 and a complement of Menzerna polishes I finally got rid of years of oxidation and water spots, far worse than what most any car would see. Next weekend will be fiberglass sealants, vinyl cleaning and conditioning and teak care. Thanks to Phil for all the suggestions and great sales that have made my life easier and my jobs smoother.
