    It's called Swissvax Leather Healer.

This product is specially mixed to match the exact color of the factory leather at the swissvax factory. Each bottle takes 3-4 weeks to receive from Switzerland.

We applied it to the Coral red Boston leather found in this BMW 135i we recently detailed.

    Swissvax'ed: The Shiniest Sapphire Black 135i you've ever seen, with Blau-Weiss wax! - BMW 3-Series (E90 E92) Forum - E90Post.com

The application process is pretty simple, and leaves the seats looking new!

    See for yourself...

    Products Used:

    Swissvax Leather Cleaner
    Swissvax Leather Brush
    Swissvax Leather Grinding Pad
    Swissvax Leather Healer
    Swissvax Leather Glaze (Leather Sealant)

Here's how the seat looked before:

First we cleaned the surface to be treated and grinded the frayed leather using the grinding pad. then applied the Leather Healer. We ended up applying about 5 coats with about 30 min between each coat.

    And the finished result!

    Thanks for looking!

Very nice. Driver's seat in my wifes e46 325Ci is showing some. Are those products available in USA? If so, how much does that kit costs? What durability should I expect from that leather dye?

That looks like a promising product, what I would really like to know is how to protect light coloured leathers from Blue Dye Transfer

I have something similar happening on my M3. This might be the answer.
Gotta love Swissvax for some of their products.

Leather Master™ Super Remover - for removing blue jean transfer, newspaper print and deep stains like mustard on protected finished leathers. This product works, even when nothing else will. Often on light-colour leathers, it appears that the colour is coming off the leather because you can only see the surface. What has actually happened is a transfer of a lighter colour to the leather's surface from blue jeans and/or newspaper print.

Leather Master™ Protection Cream – (Not for use with N-Nubuck / Alcantara®) an aqueous (water- based) protector that places an invisible, breathable sacrificial barrier between you and your leather, which reduces the drag coefficient lessening abrasion wear. This system is for you to protect your Leather first, and then follow a routine of cleaning and re-protection.

This way you are not actually cleaning the Leather's original surface, but cleaning from the surface of the protection

scheerspeed - sorry for the thread hijack and your excellent product review

I'm curious about the cost of that kit also.

It's about $79 plus tax and takes 3-4 weeks to be made. Contact Swissvax USA to order one

That is very reasonable considering re hiding a seat........ great write up.

:applause:nice work I've used it before on a black Porsche but maybe the seats were too far gone, came out a bit shiny for my customer's taste.

great job on the BMW looks to be a better match!
